Companies overcome these type of problems but overall I wanted to highlight this because we see more news like this all the time it just becomes a little nauseating to see more Doom and Gloom predictions almost every single day and I think it's important for investors to see the history to see that the Bears are almost always incorrect to see that they sensationalize the news continually and to know that if you continue to invest in the stock market you're going to deal with this all the time so maybe the commercial real estate market really will collapse maybe it won't in my opinion I think it's very unlikely and I think investors are going to spend far too much time concerning themselves with it now moving on we have Nintendo saying to Disney step aside there's a new sheriff in town we have Nintendo's new animated film smashing records in the box office they say that it crushed the competition with its jaw-dropping 204.6 million domestic and 377 million Global debut over the long Easter weekend 377 million globally on Easter weekend and I don't even believe that it's open in Japan quite yet so this has a long Runway I think right now it's easily going to get over 500 million it even
