What was said around it

time to be very careful and judicious with your stock purchases this isn't the time to assume that every single company is cheap just because it came down 20 in price if we go into recession companies earnings will be revised lower and some companies will hold up better than others you can assess how these companies will do during times of economic slowdown apple and microsoft may have their earnings revised lower during a recession that'll make the companies trade downwards but to different varying extents depending on how they perform microsoft for example is one company that i think will hold up a lot better during recession than most other companies so that's my thoughts for today instead of getting out the pom poms and cheering on the stock market and saying that every company in the market's undervalued i wanted to give a different perspective right now there are some companies that i think are on very good deals and i'm scooping up those shares knowing that they could trade lower and in fact they probably would if we enter into a recession but you have to know that going forward there is a significant chance of economic slowdown if we have economic slowdown that will cause equity
