operating margins of around 50%. That seems crazy. Now, Netflix with 50% operating margins, but they have a clear path to get there. They have incredible levels of operating leverage. Companies that create content scale incredibly well. If you have a company that has that level of operating leverage, you're also going to see exponential earnings per share growth. The earnings per share grew by 35% year-over-year. And that's with this last quarter having a one-time substantial tax hit. It'd be even faster without that. I expect the earnings per share growth to grow above 25% over the next 3 years. Netflix will be one of the fastest EPS growing companies in the market. Then we get to how all of this translates to pure free cash flow. The best estimate of how much money a company's actually making. Netflix is one of the least dilutive free cash flow companies you could buy. With only a tiny amount, $300 million of stockbased compared to $9 billion of free cash flow. And Netflix is growing its free cash flow at an incredibly fast pace. 26% year-over-year. In 2025, they're guiding for $9 billion in free cash flow, a notable step up of 7 billion just a year ago. But it doesn't end there.

“I think that Netflix is a buy today right now. But I want to warn investors that this is a highly volatile company and this could go much lower. I could see on the low end, in fact, I could I could really see it happen where Netflix trades all the way down to around $70 per share.”
