my ideas and what I'm going to be doing to the property and May go over some numbers with you guys this is something that I've been looking for for about 6 months now and I've been just aggressively looking for the past two months and this is in an area that I always mention on all of my videos if you're in Los Angeles I love the areas of West Adams and Jefferson Park and that's where I've been looking for quite a while now and it's an area I really believe in it's the halfway point between Santa Monica and downtown Los Angeles and it's an area right now that in my opinion is like super undervalued I can't see the value staying at this price much longer and not only that but statistically West Adams and Jefferson Park is the seventh most competitive housing market in the entire us now ideally my number one choice was to find a duplex or a Triplex it was like an old 1900s craftsman style that was my first choice but I've spent quite a long time trying to find that I just haven't found the Craftsman in the area I like for the price that I like everything I've seen I just I hated the area I didn't like the house the lot was small there was something wrong with it that I just didn't like

“Instead the market is just quietly resetting to a much higher and much more expensive new normal and everyone who's waiting it out to see 2019 prices again is unfortunately probably out of luck”

“the Northeast and Midwest are still hitting record highs, including Hartford, Connecticut, which is up 25% from its 2022 peak. Well, the pandemic boom towns across Texas, Florida, and the Mountain West keep falling.”
