of them does pay a dividend currently so all of these companies are dividend Growers but instead of focusing on companies that have very high yields I'm focusing on companies that can grow their dividends very quickly there's a couple standout companies in the portfolio currently Texas Roadhouse is at eleven thousand seven hundred dollars in gains this company recently just hit an all-time high yesterday at 111 dollars per share in the consumer category we have CostCo as the big standout here as well this company's done really well over the past five years I think it has a great future I'm extremely bullish on Costco as a company in the real estate category of course we have Vichy this company's pulled back a little bit in stock price over the past month but I think it's still chugging along and one of my favorite things about this company is the enormous dividends that it pays I can bring up my activity feed here and look at my recent dividends and right here on the 6th of April just this month we have a dividend payment for 597 dollars nearly six hundred dollars from a single company that's the biggest dividend payment that I received from any company vichi is a real estate company

Joseph Carlsona call with no clear direction

“in my opinion Costco will not be the fastest growing company in the market it won't be the best performing company in the market but it will be in my opinion a market beating company over the next 20 years I think it will outperform the S&P 500 over a 20-year basis”

“i have a strong expectation that since they open up the same amount of stores every single year 25 to 30 and their capex spending isn't going to be increased in fact it's going to play a smaller portion of their revenue that they have to increase the amount of dividends that they're paying either on a quarterly basis or the special dividends”
