What was said around it

than a billion dollars into the space and that was almost at the market peak the market sentiment was that bitcoin is gonna go to a hundred thousand dollars right and i was one of those people because i believed that if we're getting these futures etfs then maybe we'll get a spot etf right an etf that actually represents the ownership of the actual asset itself now that did not happen but the point is that when bitl was launched a month later bitcoin reached the all-time high of 69 000 so the launch of bito represented near the all-time high so by that logic maybe the launch of biti could be the bottom of bitcoin or at least somewhere near it but ultimately now that there's a way to bet on bitcoin's future price and now that there's a way to bet against bitcoin's future price it makes logical sense that maybe the next etf we could get is the spot etf which would finally allow people indirect ownership over the asset itself which would open the floodgates to trillions of dollars which would put bitcoin over a hundred thousand dollars unfortunately it seems like the government and the sec does not seem to like bitcoin because they approved two etfs that in my opinion are far more risky
