Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Callsight and of everything it offers: its pages, accounts, watchlists, alerts, the email list, the correction form and the AI chat. Callsight is run by the operator of Callsight, called “we” below. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

1. What Callsight is, and is not

Callsight is a measurement of public statements. It records predictions that creators made in public videos, each with the words they used and a link to the moment they said them, and checks each one against market prices and published economic data by a published method applied to every channel in the same way.

It is not investment advice. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, or a statement that any investment suits you. A verdict, a rate or a score describes how past statements turned out; it does not forecast how the next one will. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

2. Verdicts describe predictions, not people

A verdict — Correct, Incorrect, Partly correct or Pending — is the result of applying a fixed, published rule to one prediction. It is not a judgement of the character, honesty or ability of the person who made it, and nothing on the site should be read or repeated as one.

3. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and a password. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account; you are responsible for what is done with it. You can stop using your account at any time and ask for it to be deleted, as the privacy notice explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • copy its data in bulk by automated means, or access it at a rate or in a way that burdens the service or degrades it for other readers;
  • submit sign-ups, alert subscriptions or correction reports that are false, automated, made in someone else’s name, or meant to send messages to people who did not ask for them;
  • use the AI chat to send requests in bulk, to get around its daily allowance, or to try to make it produce something unlawful or put words in a creator’s mouth;
  • try to get around the site’s security, rate limits or access controls, or interfere with its operation; or
  • use the site in a way that breaks any law.

You are welcome to link to any page and to cite individual findings with a link back to them.

5. The AI chat is a simulation

Some creator pages offer a chat. It is an AI simulation that answers from passages of that creator’s public videos. It is not the creator, it is not endorsed by or connected with the creator, and its answers are not the creator’s words. Only the passages shown as sources, with a link to the video, are quotations; the rest of each answer is generated text, and it can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on it for any decision, and do not present an answer as something the creator said. The chat has a daily free allowance and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Alerts and email

Alerts are sent only to a destination you have verified, and you can ask for them to stop at any time. Delivery depends on third-party services and is not guaranteed: an alert can arrive late or not at all, and should not be relied on for anything time-sensitive.

7. Corrections and right of reply

If you believe a claim is attributed to the wrong person, quoted out of context or measured wrongly, report it through the corrections process. Every report the site accepts is kept with the claim it concerns and reaches the operator. A claim taken off the lists keeps its page, with the date and the reason in place of the quotation and the verdict. A creator can also ask for content taken from their videos to be removed; the privacy notice says how.

8. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Prices, economic data and captions come from third parties and can contain errors; the process that reads them can make mistakes; and any feature can change, stop working for a time or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete, available or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from using the site or from relying on anything on it, including any loss from investing or trading. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and a change applies from that date. If you do not accept a change, stop using the site; you can ask for your account to be deleted.

11. Contact

Until a dedicated contact address is published on this page, reach us through the corrections process.
